64 of 365 - Controls

I'm not exactly sure why we need so many remote controls. I thought TV watching was supposed to be a way to relax, not a way to be controlled. Just a thought...

292 of 365 - Snow or Ice

We rarely get snow or ice here in Texas so I took a picture of this memory book. This book is the result of a photo contest held by
H-E-B for pictures of the 2004 Christmas Eve miracle of south Texas. The cover picture was taken of Shoreline Boulevard in Corpus Christi, Texas by Jan Little. No one could have ever imagined that much snow that far south! We really enjoyed seeing the "white stuff" on the palm trees, the beach and the sail boats. What a wonderful Christmas present we received.

I saw this flock of seagulls in the parking lot the other morning on my way to work. Boy do they put on a show when you feed them part of your breakfast burrito!
